  Most inefficient service I've ever seen at a fast food establishment. The employee took my order for a coffee, wandered away for a few minutes, made my coffee, wandered off again and then a different employee finally gave it to me another minute later.
  
  At least the place is reasonably clean.

  Slow service. Looked like 10 pwople on drive throughandno one, literally no one at cssh. We almost left. No line up. Just one peraon ahead of us who wasn't being served.

  Waited a long time for my food and when i got it the fries were cold. I asked for no pickles and onions on my son's burger and they got that wrong as well. Then ordered​ ice cream and waited ages for it while the staff were standing around chatting. The washrooms we're dirty and had paper towel all over the floor.

  The supervisor/manager was so pleasant and went above and beyond. He was so accommodating when my boyfriend ordered an Angus burger meal and he wanted the large fry for the monopoly but the meal only comes with a box of fries with no monopoly. Supervisor was so accommodating and gave him a regular large fry at no extra cost. He was offering to pour our drinks and get ketchup as we waited for our meals. Best McDonald's experience and if I am in the sudbury area in the future I will definitely be returning to this location. Wish I remembered the supervisors name!

  This review is for drive through coffee only.
  
  On many occassions when I use the drive through, my coffee is not hot. It's warm, but not hot. I had to go back one time because the coffee was barely warm. Not good! If you want hot McDonald's coffee, the Notre-Dame location is the place to go. Why???
