  Ordered the grilled chicken, middle was still cold almost frozen. Called to report it, he wanted me to go back but I did not have the time. After saying No i cannot, i was put on hold for over 3mins; had to hang up was leaving for an appointment. I rarely eat fast food, but when i do i preferred A&W, however, you have lost my business.

  The place is clean, and full of A&W cheer. The gentleman on cash on the evening of January 19th, 2017 @ 5pm was particularly patient with our ridiculous order, and he brought our meal to us when it was ready. The food was fresh and the service was timely, leading me to believe this is a well-managed operation.
  
  One thing of note: they need a new ketchup dispenser. No one should have to endure that kind of tedium for a few ounces of ketchup. It's torture.

  I go for breakfast here at least once a week. Staff are friendly and service is fast. If you are in the area you can't beat it for great breakfast food!

  Amazingly fast and accurate service. A bit pricey, but the staff is friendly and the food is consistent.
